Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Agile Mastery website and services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Agile Mastery regarding your use of our website, courses, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of our services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract with Agile Mastery. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

Some features of our services may require you to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if you have violated these Terms.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

By enrolling in a course offered by Agile Mastery, you agree to pay all applicable fees for the course as described on our website. All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. Prices are listed in Euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.1 Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. For in-person training, cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to another course date.

4.2 Course Rescheduling

Agile Mastery reserves the right to reschedule, cancel, or modify courses when necessary. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on our website and in our courses, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Agile Mastery or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.1 Course Materials

Upon enrolling in a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website or course materials, except as follows:

Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services:

In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Agile Mastery, an Agile Mastery employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services, or which may harm Agile Mastery or users of our services.

7. User Contributions

Our services may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal profiles, forums, and other interactive features that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content or materials. All user contributions must comply with the content standards set out in these Terms.

Any user contribution you post will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing any user contribution, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content.

8. Certification and Credentials

Upon successful completion of certain courses, Agile Mastery may provide certificates or credentials. These certificates and credentials are awarded based on completion of course requirements and, where applicable, passing required assessments.

Agile Mastery reserves the right to revoke certificates or credentials if it determines that they were obtained dishonestly, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Agile Mastery provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agile Mastery disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

The information provided in our courses will always be accurate, complete, or current.
Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The results that may be obtained from the use of our services will be effective, accurate, or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agile Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
Any conduct or content of any third party on our services.
Any content obtained from our services.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the 12 months preceding your claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agile Mastery, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Cyprus, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Agile Mastery regarding our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding our services.
